Individual Self to Self client centred therapy. Each clients’ journey is unique. For many people words are not the only pathway to what can be named wholeness. We really need to come to the body because the body stores all our life stories.
In both the modalities I am trained in, you are invited to participate in your healing journey. They both come from a place where there is an honouring of undamaged self.
On the subject to trauma, There a very few women or men that have not experience some kind of trauma. Trauma is not to be compared. As in you imagine that another person who has experienced unimaginable trauma makes yours not valid. No, that is not the case, it is just as relevant and important.
